While you pass
“Unter den Linden” you’ll notice the numerous cafés, restaurants and high-priced shops as
well as the many interesting historical buildings. The main building of the Humboldt Universität
of Berlin and the famous Hotel Adlon are only two of many impressive examples. The Mercedes Benz
Gallery, Madame Tussauds and the Niveahaus make room for modernity.
A little tip: the best way to enjoy the many sights is from the Middle promenade overlooking the
Brandenburger Tor – a great experience, not only at dusk.

Pariser Platz
Pariser Platz, 10117 Berlin, Deutschland
One of the highlights and landmarks of the city is the Brandenburger Tor on the Pariser Platz, which looks back on an eventful history over 200 years, and is one of the most prominent points of the division between East and West Germany. In addition to the national symbol, important embassies enhance the Pariser Platz such as the British, French and American embassies, and the embassy of the Russian Federation. This impressive building was constructed from the stones of the old Chancellery which also housed the Führerbunker. You have crisscrossed the Brandenburger Tor and you reach the square of March 18, which is the counterpart to the Pariser Platz. It reminds us of the March revolution of 1848, as well as the reunification, and was specially designed for this purpose with elaborate paving, information boards and Schupmann candels.
On our way to the zoo
Tiergarten, 10557 Berlin, Deutschland
Behind the Brandenburger Tor you find the 210-acre green heart of Berlin, the zoo. The second
largest park in the capital has in addition to its green areas with numerous memorials, bridges
and other impressive buildings such as the victory column and the Haus der Kulturen. The
Tiergarten is divided by the road of 17 June, which in turn is divided by the Großen Stern. In the
middle you see the victory column, a monument to the victory of Prussia in the German-Danish war.
After the victory column, enjoy the tranquility of nature in the zoo for a moment, before you set
off again, jogging towards the Brandenburger Tor.

Der Fernsehturm
Panoramastraße 1A, 10178 Berlin, Deutschland
The target of your route is the Berlin TV Tower. This 368 m tallest structure of Germany dominates the Berlin skyline like no other. It is worth taking a look from the observation deck–well over a million visitors do this every year. A special highlight is the revolving restaurant on the panoramic floor which rotates once every hour.
A tip as a reward
After you have completed the 10 km through the city of Berlin, it’s time to treat yourself to
something good! We recommend the Spree gold, not far from the TV Tower in the
Rosa-Luxembourg-Straße. Refresh yourself with a yoghurt drink, fruit shake or smoothie. The best! The
healthy vitamins are freshly made to order.
Of course, the Spree gold has more to offer. Do you have some time, and hunger? Then don’t miss the
homemade pasta dishes – very tasty!
