Fleischerei
Schönhauser Allee 8, 10119 Berlin, Deutschland
Classics of this rustic food are calves liver Berlin style, or ‘Himmel und Erd’. The latter does
not come from here, but this concept moved from the peaceful Alps to the big city. There is an
excellent selection of Austrian wines available.
It may not seem so at first glance, but vegetarians do not have to go home with a rumbling
stomach. A successful variety of meatless dishes such as pumpkin risotto, or ravioli filled with
spinach and cheese are waiting for you.
If that is still not enough, a wine shop by the managing director Bernhard Hötzl is also at hand.
The entire range of the wineshop is reflected in the winemenu of the Butcher shop and can be
tasted in advance. We say cheers and wish you bon appétit!
Don’t mistake this popular restaurant in the Schönhauser Allee, with the Imbiss Fleischerei in the
Torstraße, where you have to go through the backdoor to enter the Butcher’s Bar.
