veganz-markt If you a vegan visiting Berlin, you cannot leave the city before you make a stop at Veganz. Veganz is the first full-range vegan Supermarket chain in Europe, and constantly growing. Here you will find basically everything that your vegan heart could wish for, and you don’t even have to read the labels!You can just throw everything from the shelves into your basket – fantastic

Whereas in normal supermarkets you are happy to finally find one soya yoghurt variety, in Veganz you have at least 10 different alternatives to choose from – spoilt for choice! After the initial (positive) shock, you can stroll around, happy as a little kid, and safely put everything in your basket. From food to cosmetics and books, everything is available.

veganz-food In the same salesroom as Veganz, opposite the checkout, you will find Goodies, a mix between Café, Takeout, Deli and Bakery. Here you will find fresh smoothies, juices, salads, wraps, bagels, soups, cereals, cakes – and a lot of coffee to go! A must-try: one of the delicious cakes (they are all great) and the Chia-Pudding with pureed Mango!

Stay in the building, move up to the first floor, and you end up in Vegan Shoe Paradise -Avesu. Here you find everything from casual sneakers to classy stylish shoes for man and woman from different brands like -Vegetarian Shoes, Beyond Skin and Novacas, to much but a few. The staff are very friendly and you will feel in seventh heaven when you can buy all of your favourite shoes and the only concern, for a change, is the price tag.

Everyone that is still (or again) hungry after their little shopping spree and the small snack at Goodies, can now treat themselves in vegan restaurant, The Bowl – directly next to Avesu.
