Pauly Saal und Bar
Auguststraße 11, 10117 Berlin, Deutschland
From the dining room, you can see the kitchen, which received a Michelin
star in November 2013. You can look forward to excellent German food, such as Pomeranian ox
sirloin steak or a tranche of Baltic salmon. The sommelier at the Pauly will assist you select one
of the 600 wines.
The former gym‘s charm is nowhere to be seen anymore. The floor is parquet, walls are dark-tiled,
the benches are in dark green, and hanging from the seven-metre-high ceiling is a Murano glass
chandelier, which was specially designed for the Pauly Saal atmosphere. The eye-catcher in the
room is the rocket “Miss Riley” by artist Cosima von Bonin.
When weather is nice, you also have the opportunity to relax and dine on the terrace.
The Saal is connected to the Pauly bar, one of the most beautiful in Berlin. From Wednesdays to
Saturdays, the already perfect yet informal atmosphere is accompanied with jazz and a DJ. Here,
with a drink, you can reflect on your impressions of the location by yourself, or with friends, in
a relaxed atmosphere from 18: 00.
