3 minutes sur mer
Torstraße 167, 10115 Berlin, Deutschland
The menu is inspired by French specialties such as veal tartare, Burgundy snails, oysters on ice,
sirloin steak, and many other delicacies.
Not only the main course are highlights in this restaurant, the fabulous desserts deserve to be
mentioned as well: sugarsweet ‘crème brûlée’; and mouthwatering ‘tarte tatin’, a traditional
French apple pie. Let yourself be seduced by these culinary delights! To round of the experience,
the Bistro also has a nice selection of wines available.
Although the interior is simplistic in design, it still has atmosphere, thanks to the recycled wood panels from the demolished DDR Ministry, and the wood panels from Honecker’s work room. The lamps found their way from the former Republic Palace inventory, and orange bar stools from the 70’s invite you to a snack or a drink.
Like in France, when you enter the restaurant life’s everyday stress remains at the door. Good wine and an excellent cuisine guarantee a unique taste experience in a cosy atmosphere.
To get yourself a piece of France it is advisable to book a table in advance, especially in the evening.
We say: highly recommended!
