A total of 6 spacious studios are available in the Prêcheurs Studios of which there are 2 single bed studios and 4 double bed studios. As well as the usual facilities - a convenient kitchen and hairdryer - there are also tea and coffee-making facilities in your studio. </p>The hotel provides a complimentary Internet access in your studio or via a wireless connection in the courtyard. Free phone calls for many destinations and cable TV are all part of the facilities provided in our sutdios. At your arrival, a complimentary welcome pack will wait for you (snacks & drinks, basics for cooking : rice, noodles, canned vegetables, oil, vinegar...) All of our studios are non-smoking studios.

Early/Late check-in and Late check-out

Normal check-in is between 4 pm and 6:30 pm and check-out by 11 am. Please note that there is no reception desk and check-in is upon appointment only. Please email the owner in order to arrange a time to hand over keys.

Early and/or late check-in can be requested and is subject to availability and housekeeping requirements and is with an extra cost as follows : arrival prior to 4 pm : EUR 25 ; arrival between 7 pm and 10pm : EUR 25 ; arrival later than 10 pm : EUR 50

Cleaning: there is no daily cleaning. The guest must clean the studio himself before leaving. If cleaning is not made or not within the standards a EUR 60 extra will be charged to the guest.

Smoking policy : It is stricly forbiden to smoke in all areas of Prêcheurs Studios, including the courtyard. An exceptional expenses of 200-euro cleaning will be charged to every tenant, or to every person who accompanies him/her staying or not in the Prêcheurs Studios, who will not respect the ban to smoke in the establishment.

 

 

  

 

 

 

Each studio has a LCD cable TV, an IPod tdock and complimentary broadband and Wifi Inernet connexion. A police record will have to be fill. Deposit: 150 euros (credit card print). Return the keys : The key handovers are by appointment only Thank you kindly send us your schedule and your way of locomotion and a copy of your ID for your arrival by email (precheurstudios@gmail.com ) imperatively at least 3 days before arrival Early / late check-in The arrival of normal hours are between 16:00 and 18:30. Arrivals outside these hours are possible, however, on request and are subject to household obligation. They are charged as follows: - Early arrival before 14h: 50 euros - Early arrival 14 - 16h: 25 euros - Arrival between 19:00 and 22:00: 25 euros - Arrival from 22:00: 50 euros - Starting after 11:00: 25 euros Household: At any time during his stay, and at the time of his departure, cleaning is provided by the tenant. If cleaning is not done or poorly done, it will be charged 60 euros Minimum age: For safety reasons children under 18 years are not accepted in our establishment Animals : No pets are acepted in our establishment, even small cut Cigarette : All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Any rule infringement will be penalized by exceptional cleaning costs 200 euros.
