1. The Boss Lady sold my booking on Monday // sold my room b4 I got there. Told me this after I waited 10 minutes, while she sneaked looks  and made judgements. 2. Then pretended not to understand English at all. I heard her speaking some. Got someone else with a Centrel Europe Accent who didn’t understand. To waste more time. 3. She pretended not to know of my booking then several times : even tho it was on the top of her paper pile in the binder in front of her ( in front of us, and i could see it) on the desk, and after just selling it. “ Wir hatten keine Ahnung !” 4. And more games : ´´ 1 night´´ , several times, when she knew full well it was for 2  ( there in her clip-folder in front of her, as it was & having freshly sold my booking to someone else). Only after i showed my email confirmation, she gave up the farce and took a different tack : several times pointing to a part on her paper… that wasn’t in my confirmation, and ignored me telling her that. 5. Clearly, i was not welcomed, nor welcome. She is a bigot and a racist. Playing out her power/victim issues 6. The rest was just a whole series of errors upon errors , one after the other, after that. I wrote that night pointing out the terms on my booking.  Wasting another half an hour. And so weiter….. 7. At breakfast i got a visit from 2 others who wanted me to go to their office. I told them no  No several times. There was an offer of only charging 1 night… that went quiet. 8. Also, the night before, Monday Night... Mrs Boss told me several times, that the next night, on Tuesday, they would have my  room i booked for me in the hotel. Tuesday morning @ breakfast, i am told that's not going to happen. They had sold my booked room again // for a 3rd time, even after they knew of these Problems. 9. In my 2 nights, I never saw the inside of a real hotel room. I had no bathroom. Dirty train-stationi house dorm across the street. No running water or drain ..... Etcetera 10. I wrote this to them today : this mornng “Please advise here the Solutions to these Problems which we discussed in person exactly 24 hours ago.” after breakfast on the 19th.  No answer to either. Went to try to shower. 11. While still wet, got a knock on my door, a delegation of Mr & Mrs Boss… just before 10. More waste to soothe their egos...image. BS. Not fixed in the 25 (bzw. 38 ) hours before. 12. Clearly, I didn’t get the room or the service, let alone the amenity and base to explore, which I booked (was promised) on this site. Plus i got all the BS. There was also the total utter bitch-factor at the start. Most unwelcoming and rude and deceitful. Yet they went ahead and charged me the whole price of the booking without further ado. No mention of anything or discussions previous. As I said : “ In the past now” (that was the last chance to set this mess right and avoid a review of it). Don’t go there. Suited to demented and unpleasant german tour groups. If that is what you seek. Business only in this set piece. The other reviews were quite right to a T. Well-earned 6.3 Very unpleasant. Opposite of many good authentic places i have stayed. Needs a rethink : if ‘kaching’ & mental issues, is to be not the only value there. I can see why Oskar had to leave his Geburtsort. The whole thing was disgusting.

das Kompfort-Einzelzimmer war ein 10Quadratmeter kleines Doppelzimmer mit Fenster zum Raucheraußenbereich ( Biergarten). Lärm und Zigarettenrauch drangen stark ins Zimmer. Sehr Hellhörige Zimmer, Klospühlung und Dusche des Nachbarn waren mitzuerleben. Frühstück stark überschaubar,

Alles war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr nett, sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Das Haus ist sehr gut geführt. Das Frühstück bietet alles für einen guten Start in den Tag.
