There isn't a lower countertop for wheelchair guests to check-in. Staff assistance is available for parking for guests with handicapped parking needs, but we do not have any designated handicapped parking spaces. The emergency procedure to exit the guestrooms in case of an emergency is to open the guestroom door, walk outside the guestroom onto the walkways, and walk towards the closest parking lot area and/or the hotel entrance.
