Our property is designed for genuine travelers and does not provide accommodations to people with a residential address within the same local government area. Please contact the property prior to booking. Government issued photo ID with current residential address will be required to be shown for all guests on check in. Situated opposite Pialba Bay Beach and Seafront Oval, just 5 minutes’ walk from local shops and cafes, this motel offers free Wi-Fi,a plunge pool and guest laundry. All rooms feature a flat-screen Smart TV with applications like Netflix, Kayo, Stan and much more. Best Western Ambassador Motor Lodge is located 3 km from Hervey Bay Golf and Country Club and 8 km from Neptune's Reef World. It is a 16-minute drive from Hervey Bay Airport. Guests can relax on the shared patio beside the plunge pool. The tour desk books Fraser Island tours, whale-watching and historic day tours. All the air-conditioned rooms feature quality bedding, a refrigerator, ironing facilities and tea/coffee making supplies. Each room has a private en suite bathroom with a shower or a shower over a full-size bathtub. Please note that reception is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. (Hours may change at the discretion of management.) If your expected arrival time falls outside these hours, please contact Ambassador Motor Lodge in advance so we can arrange an early or late check‑in for you. Reception hours are limited between Christmas and New Year, and rooms will not be serviced on Christmas Day (25 December). This property has a strict No Party and No Pets policy. Management reserves the right to request a security deposit of AUD 200 on arrival, which will be collected by credit card. You will be reimbursed on check‑out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the room. Please note that smoking inside the room will result in a partial or full deduction of the security deposit. Guests are required to present photo identification and a credit card upon check‑in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Additional charges may also apply for lost keys or excess cleaning if required.
