As already said at check-out:
This was the worst hotel experience I made since many years:
1) Room:
- slot to insert your key card is far away from the door => hard to find in the dark room
- Toilet flash: the bigger one was not working
- Light in the bathroom: way too dark
- No current in 220V socket for shaving
- Shower: many holes blocked, therefore not enough water
2) Breakfast:
- paper based - and actually chaotic and inefficient - way to find room number on numerous papers
- coffee: extreme thin and not at all good quality (normal coffee)
- coffee ordering: absolutely unacceptable: it took at least 10min - and on the last day even more than 30 min (!!!) - to serve the 1st coffee for the entire group of 4 persons.
This latter point alone is the reason why I will not book this hotel again - it stressed me in an extreme way and this way to organize the breakfast is not at all suitable for a business hotel.
