It is conveniently within a 5-minute walk to Cityhall, Bugis and Esplanade MRT Stations. Tastefully furnished, air-conditioned lofts come with parquet flooring, a flat-screen Smart TV. Lofts include a kitchenette equipped with microwave, electric kettle and mini fridge. Some units are fitted with a skylight window and some are with no window. The en suite bathroom has a shower facility, a spray bidet and hairdryer. Guests will be provided with one set of towels upon check-in. Hand-soap, dish-washing liquid and washing powder are also provided. At Heritage Collection on Seah - Mobile App Check-In, friendly staff is fluently-conversed in English. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. Please note that should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable. A damage deposit of S$ 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
