The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is simply perfect if you like nature (which one should going to the Rockies). No matter where in the hotel you are you can always glimpse the emerald-green lake (which the lodge's name derives from) and the snowcapped mountains. Your still not far away from a tourist information, gas station, a store,... which are all in the next town (Field).
The sauna took about an hour to heat up properly but the outdoor pool is brilliant. 40C warm and overlooking the mountains and the lake.
