All the apartments include high-definition TV with Pay-per-view movies on demand, free Internet connection WI-FI, cable satellite TV, DVD player, HiFi equipment with iPod connection, air conditioning, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, a wide collection of DVDs and a wide range of CDs.

The apartments of 50 m² are particularly quiet and silent: they face on one side the small and little traded via San Fermo della Battaglia and on the other on a pretty courtyard.
