Residence Villa Poggiochiaro, located at the boundary between Latio and Tuscany, close to the Tirrenian Sea, is a big complex surrounded by a huge garden with a small artificial lake and a swimming pool.The main building hosts 5 double rooms (two of which are available also as triple rooms) provided with private bathroom, balcony and/or porch, as well as 3 mansards with private bathroom.Close to the main building there are 2 indipendent apartments for three and four people, both provided with bathroom and kitchen.Near to the swimming pool there's also a wooden cottage for three people, provided with private bathroom and an indipendent garden.Our garden also hosts "Il Contatto" restaurant where guests can taste delicious meat and seafood plates with a huge variety of red and white wines.For meetings and events two meeting rooms our available, as well as a private parking just outside the garden.
