Four residences (4 fl oors with lift) within leafy grounds, built in the Provençal style and located in a residential area, 750m from the shops, the promenade, the beach and the marina (car advisable). Arrival in the afternoon only 4pm - 8pm. Departure in the morning only 8am - 10am.

Methods of payment accepted on site: credit card (no american express) or cash.

Prices do not include :

• Security deposit €200, local tax €0.80pp/day

• Utility charges before 25/6 and after 27/8, according to consumption or a fixed charge (approximate amount per accommodation per week).

• Charge incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned: €44 to €56.
