Pratello Country Resort

A splendid 18th century Villa lies in the centre of the agricoltural and hunting estate that spans over 320 hectare rich in trees, olive groves, wonderful and striking views. In an Act dated November 8th 1044, Pratello territory is already mentioned. From then, Noble Families owned this estate, whose Villa was built in 1650. Today the Villa is a marvellous hotel residence that offers its guests rooms elegantly furnished with original pieces of the epoch and equipped with LCD Sat TV, telephone, minibar, safebox, air conditioning, heating system, wi-fi (suppl.).
Bathrooms have bath or shower, with hair-dryer. We offer a rich buffet breakfast (from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m.) with all kind of cheese, ham, eggs and fresh and genuine local products.
A light lunch is available at the pool.
For dinner the Restaurant (upon request) with a Tuscan menu.
With good weather breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace.
During your stay you will enjoy a refreshing jump in the 140sm pool, while rejoicing the breathtaking view, equipped with sun-beds, umbrellas, shower, bathroom and dressing-room.
You can play tennis in our synthetic grass court, walking in the park, the Italian garden. You can visit the 17th century private chapel and making some trips on one of the mountain bikes kept at your disposal.
Pratello Country Resort is few km from San Gimignano and Volterra, only 30 minutes from the International Airport of Pisa and about 1 hour from Florence.
Moreover Pratello is proud to offer a private airport with a 1.000m long grass-strip, it is also possible to provide touristic flights. Pilots on arrival have even at their disposal a shuttle service for the Villa and the hangar for airplanes and helicopters.
