Counts Oakes Resort Properties is pleased to offer a -Clean Beach Guarantee Program.- No Cancellation Fee- If our beaches are impacted in any way due to the oil spill you can cancel your reservation without any penalty or cancellation fee. Front desk hours are 8am-5pm. Full Refund- If during your stay our area is impacted in any way by the oil spill in the Gulf we will issue you a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay. USD 200 Credit for a Future Stay- In addition to offering a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay we will issue you a USD 200 credit that can be applied towards a future stay. Please note that a USD 70.00- USD 110.00 housekeeping fee will be collected at check-in. Reservation fee- USD 50.00 Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Check-in at 700 Pier Park Dr. Suite 145.
