Hotel Okura Amsterdam enjoys a privileged location on one of Amsterdam’s famous canals (Amstel Canal) in the heart of Amsterdam, close to the financial, cultural and entertainment district of the city.
The hotel is situated close by the RAI Convention Center, 10 minutes from the cultural area and 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport. All 315 tastefully decorated rooms are equipped with modern amenities, such as Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) and e-mail facilities. Furthermore, there is a luxurious Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor. The hotel features 19 multifunctional rooms ranging from 345 to 9,700 sq. feet. All technical equipment is available on a rental basis from the hotel or an outside supplier. We provide the latest audio-visual facilities, including simultaneous translation and ISDN lines in all meeting rooms. The entire hotel is Wi-fi enabled. Thanks to a large service lift and hoists in the ceiling, there are even major product launch facilities for the presentation of large objects such as boats or cars.

Hotel Okura Amsterdam offers business travelers the ability to transform their laptops into ‘mobile offices’. The newly implemented Wireless Internet provides a very fast broadband Internet connection, which enables guests to access the Internet in their room, the conference rooms, the lobby or the bar and even outside on the terrace, without being encumbered by cables or having to depend on connectors. All that is needed for establishing a Wireless Internet connection is a laptop with a built-in Wi-Fi™ antenna or a compatible Wi-Fi™ antenna card.
