Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have a legal guardian or parent with them. Pricing for the 1 room efficiency units is based on double occupancy, pricing for 2 room efficiency units is based on four occupants. Please note the following fees will apply- extra person charge- USD 7.00 per night rollaway/crib charge- USD 7.00 per night. Parites with members under the age of 25 years old require a USD 250.00 cash security deposit. All reservations must have a credit card on file- cardholder on property, no exceptions- for incidentals, as well. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. While it is possible to check-in early we cannot guarantee your room will be ready before 3pm. ALL guests must have a valid I.D.- state issued with picture- and must be 18 years of age.
