If youre looking for history, the interactive Constitution Center joins the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall as historic must-sees. The Franklin Institute science museum offers resources for learning about science and pays homage to Ben Franklin. Other must-see neighborhoods in Center City include the Avenue of the Arts, Fitler Square, Jewelers Row, Logan Circle, Market East, Old City, Penns Landing, the Rittenhouse Square, Society Hill, and Washington Square West. The South Street Head House District has a wide variety of stores to shop in, and Chinatown has some of the most authentic Chinese cuisine and culture youll find anywhere. Or if youd prefer a Philly cheese steak sandwich, you can find the most traditional local fare at Pats, Genos and Jims. And if its baseball season, make sure to catch a Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park.
