Chalet Charlotte

Run by a British family, Chalet Charlotte offers an infrared sauna, free Wi-Fi internet, free parking, and a garden with amazing mountain views.

The holiday region Zell am See - Kaprun is one of the most unique in the Austrian Alps. 13km south of Zell am See, on the way to the amazing Grossglockner high-alpine-road you will find our village of Fusch, and the gateway to the mountains of the ‘Höhe Tauern National Park’. The wonderful valley location with its mountain views on all sides provides an idyllic setting to relax away from the stresses of everyday life, whilst being close enough to all the attractions and amenities when required.

The Chalet has 5 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 persons when rented by one group. Rooms are also rented out individually.

All rooms have been newly refurbished and most have their own private balcony. All are supplied with a flat screen TV & DVD player with cable TV connection, Radio/CD player with iPod docking station and a hairdryer. Also all rooms have their own shower & sink.

There is a large garden with BBQ area. There is also an Infra-red Sauna cabin to relax in, and in the summer guests can have free use of the local pool just 300 metres away.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 until 9:00 in the breakfast room. Evening meals can be prepared upon request. Free tea and coffee making facilities are available throughout the day.

Children welcome. Baby Cot's and child camp beds can be placed in certain rooms upon request at an additional charge, (please check before booking).

In the lounge room, guests can watch TV while warming up by the traditional wood-burning stove.

Free Wi-Fi internet and a spacious private parking area are available in the chalet. There is also a carport providing undercover parking for motorcycles.

Set just 500 meters away from the nursery slope, the chalet is in a perfect location for beginner skiers or snowboarders. The free ski bus to Zell am See – Kaprun resorts stops 25 metres away.

Chalet Charlotte is the place to stay whatever the season.
