The property offer spacious apartments, equipped with private bathroom and a totally furnished kitchen, and rooms with shared bathroom and a shared fridge and microwave in the common areas. Both the Arenal Apartments and the Arenal Rooms have LED TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
All the Apartments (including Junior Suite, Suite and Studies) have a kitchen with oven, hob and microwave. The resort has a tour desk where the staff provides information on what to do in Madrid.
Some rooms and apartments, and the "Junior Suite" and "Suite" are located on an annex building (30 meters from the Puerta del Sol). All are located 3 minutes walk from the Royal Palace and the magnificent Plaza Mayor. The Sol metro station, 80 steps from the apartments, connects with the rest of the city.
Additional information:
Monday to Friday, check-in takes place from 14:00 to 20:00 and check-out takes place from 09:00 to 11:00.
On weekends and holidays, check in is from 10:00 to 13:00 (the apartments are available starting at 14:00) and check out takes place from 10:00 until 11:00 check out any of these schedules are subject to a surcharge of 40 EUR.
The check-in is always done in the main building.
Guests are requested to inform the establishment of the estimated time of arrival and the total number of guests staying in the apartment. You can do so using the comments box when booking or contact the establishment via the contact information listed on the booking confirmation.
Note that the building has no elevator.
The towels are changed every 4 nights and the bed linen is changed every 7 nights. If requested, you can book an additional cleaning charge.
