Rich in history and tradition, this spacious house was built in 1902 and served as the long-time residence for the chief superintendent of the Brno police. He not only used the house as his office and private residence, but also for official receptions for the upper-class.
Most of the magnificent interiors of the time have been maintained, such as the ornate ceilings, the tiled stove, the wooden windows and their trim as well as the high, two-paneled doors.
These add distinction to the unique character of the house, and in combination with its comforts and modern accessories, offer a feeling of rest and relaxation and of “being at home.”

Spacious rooms with living areas of 32m2 to 40m2, and with ceilings over 4 m high, give you enough space for enjoyment and well-being, and give a spatial experience that you will not find again easily.
