Sehr großes Frühstücksbüffet, freundliches Empfangspersonal, unkomplizierte Hilfe bei Fragen & Problemen, Zimmer sauber und angemessen ausgestattet
WLAN hat bei meinem Kollegen nicht funktioniert, bei mir tadellos (wenn auch etwas langsam, dennoch ok), Telefonsupport konnte auch nicht helfen. Wir mussten dafür dann aber auch nichts bezahlen.
