Sehr schönes Hotel
Das Romance Package wurde zunächst vergessen, dann wusste das Personal nicht, welche Leistungen es umfasst und musste erst im Internet nachschauen. Mehrere ärgerliche Telefonate hätten einfach ersprart werden können, wenn das Personal kompetenter wäre.
