Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl Reception als auch im Gastro-Bereich. Sehr zentrale Lage im Zentrum mit optimaler Anbindung an U-Bahn. Zimmer mit TV, jedoch nur 1 deutscher Sender (ZDF) und nicht, wie ím Kanalblatt beschrieben, mit RTL, SAT 1 ect.

Sanitärbereich (Dusche bzw. Badbereich) sehr renovierbedürftig . Stockflecken an den Wänden und Dusche mit erneuerbarem Duschvorhang abgetrennt.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und wirklich kompetent und kundenorientiert. Das Hotel war insgesamt, bis auf die unten genannten negativen Punkte wirklich ok. Für 3-Sterne kann man, glaube ich, nicht mehr erwarten. Das Zimmer, wie auch der Rest des Hotels, hätte mal wieder eine Renovierung, zumindest jedoch frische Farbe, dringend nötig. Es wirkte ingesamt eher schmutzig, was in Mailand natürlich ein Stückweit dazu gehört. Ansonsten war es schon sehr hellhörig, besonders was die Wasserleitungen, einschließlich der Hähne, angeht.
