Situated approx 200 yards from Feltham Rail Station (mainline) providing easy access into Central London. The hotel is also only 10 minutes from London Heathrow Airport (LHR), and regular public bus services operating 24 hours a day go to Heathrow Airport from Feltham. It is also within easy reach of many major business parks including Bedfont Lakes and Sunbury Business Park. Direkt neben der Station Feltham. Alles vorhanden was man von einem 3 Sterne Hotel erwartet! Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Freunfliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, alles ok. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, kühle Luft nur per Klimaanlage

Ich verstehe nicht wie man über den Hotelbooker SAP so etwas anbietet. Aber auch keiner der Kollegen in London versteht es.

Billig Für Businesstravel ungeeignet. Trotz Nachfragen keinen Internetzugriff bekommen obwohl im Preis inbegriffen Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen aber man kommt nicht drann, weil Frühstückraum moit Bussreisenden überfüllt ist.

Die Abwicklung des Check-in bzw. Check-out ist sehr langsam. Auf spezielle Kundenwünsche wird nicht allzu viel wert gelegt. Zimmerböden müssten sauberer sein. Seifenstücke im Bad generell zu klein. Housekeeping hatte im Bad das Shampoo nicht hinterlassen.

Es fällt schwer, etwas Positives an diesem Hotel zu finden. "a superior first class hotel", wie es in der Beschreibung heißt, ist es sicher nicht.

very good located, SAP can be reached in few minutes by taxi. Also close to the train station, and othr facilities including a shopping mall crossing the bridge. Some higienic products were missing, the first day wasn't any champoo o bath gel, the second day it wasn't any soap, moisturizing or anything.

Da das Hotel für londoner Verhältnisse sehr günstig ist, kann man sich wohl nicht beklagen, aber der Service und das Restaurant lassen stark zu wünschen übrig

Sieht billig aus, einfache Materialien, kaum Design aber OK für Preise und wesentlich grössere Zimmer als im Zentrum (Ich hatte Zi 734: Vorraum, Bad, Fernsehraum, begehbarer Schrank und Schlafzimmer - ca 30qm). Gute Anbindung Heathrow airpot (Taxi 20min ~15GBP), etwas Fluglärm nachts.
