Zimmer frisch renoviert; sehr sauber. EZ klein (wie üblich in London), aber gut. Gute Lage zum Theaterviertel, gute Bus- und Ubahnanbindung. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Der Fitnessraum ist nicht erwähnenswert und entspricht nicht den Ansprüchen des Hotels. Das Frühstück (full English breakfast) war gut, aber teuer und keinerlei Abwechslung. Gelangweiltes Service-Personal beim Frühstück.
