      Personal hat sich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gezeigt und immer ansprechbar

      der angegebene Preis hat sich bei der Rechnungsstel- lung als nicht richtig erwiesen; kamen noch 17,5 % TAX hinzu, was bei der Auswahl des Hotels natürlich eine Rolle gespielt hätte. Sehr negativ!!!!!!!
    Bewertung des Gastes (in der Gruppe reisend, privat, 31-40 Jahre)  (9,8 von 10) 
      Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichlich, gibt täglich von 6:30 bis 11Uhr und wird ständig wieder aufgefüllt! Zimmer für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr sauber, groß. Busverbindung sehr gut! 10-15 Minuten von/und zur Victoria Station!(Linie 16) 25-30min (Linie 16 und ab Victoria weiter mit Linie 11)von und zur Liverpool Street Station (Endstation des STansted Express Zuges)! Linie 11 und 16 sind eigentlich die Linien mit denen man sehr viel von London sieht.

      Personal sollte auch deutsch verstehen und sprechen können. Fenster zur Strassenseite sollten mal durch lärmschutzfenster ausgetauscht werden. In der Raucheretage sollten Fenster eingebaut werden die man auch öffnen kann.
