Mariott Qualität, für London sehr gutes Hotel, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel Kein 5* Haus wie beschrieben. Im Hotelprospekt lediglich als 4 Sterne Haus ausgewiesen

Super Lage, nahe der U-Bahn. Lieber etwas außerhalb wohnen in einem Bezirk mit viel Flair als im Centrum. Trotz früher Anreise sofort ein Zimmer bekommen. Schön an der Bar zu sitzen, sehr netter Service.Trotz lauter Straße vor dem Haus, sehr gut schallisoliert. Der Spa Bereich ist verschimmelt, nicht sauber und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Der Concierge kannte sich mit U-Bahn und Flughafenverbindungen nur oberflächlich aus (im Gegensatz zur Beschaffung von Theatertickets).
