vereinbarter Shuttle-Service kam 1/2 Std zu spät. Trotz mehrfachen Anmahnens hat sich niemand vom Hotelpersonal um Nachhaken oder Auskunft bemüht.

gute Lage am Flughafen Heathrow. Allerdings hört man den Fluglärm. Die Hotelzimmer sind für Londoner Verhältnisse extrem groß. Auch die Einzelzimmer sind mindestens Doppelzimmer, oft Dreibettzimmer mit viel Platz. Tube Station Hatton Cross liegt in der Nähe. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es einen kostenlosen Bus (nicht Hotel Hoppa sondern 852). Personal ist - wie überall in London - nicht unbedingt sehr freundlich.

- Die hotelbooker-Buchung konnten sie nicht bei sich im System finden, wir durften aber trotzdem übernachten - Es gibt eine SAP-Rate für 80 GBP, die aber nicht im Internet angezeigt wird. Die angezeigte Rate ist 75 GBP, allerdings enthält die SAP Rate Frühstück und kostenlosen Shuttle zur SAP, so dass es insgesamt billiger ist - Das Receptions-Personal war chaotisch: für die Hotelshuttle-Buchung führen sie doppelte Listen und bestellen dann zusätzlich noch ein Taxi, was wir dann natürlich selbst zahlen sollen; um halb zwölf abends fragen sie telefonisch an, ob wir wieder ein Shuttle am morgen brauchen; den Wakeupcall hat nur einer von uns bestellt, es klingelt aber bei uns dreien usw. usf.
