Buslinie 15 hält in Hotelnähe und fährt zum Picadilly. Ebenso Zuganbindung DLR nebenan. Teilweise gelangweiltes Personal, falsche Abrechnung, keine Entschuldigung, natürlich Fehler des Gastes- Aber auch eine nette Dame (Indischer Abstammung), die durch Freundlichkeit einen Lichtblick darstellte.

Schallschutzfenster wären eine gute Investition - man hört den Strassenlärm als ob das Fenster geöffnet wäre. In der Beschreibung fehlt der Hinweis, dass die nächste DLR-Station Blackwall direkt um die Ecke ist. Canary Wharf ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar (ca 10 min)

Zimmer, Duche und Toilette nicht sehr sauber und sehr geruchsintensiv. Wasserkocher total verdreckt. Personal wenig zuvorkommend und nicht immer anwesend. Längere Wartezeiten beim frühen auschecken sind eizukalkulieren.

In der Nähe von Bahnstation und Canary Warf Wegbeschreibung zum Hotel ist ungenügend. Man sollte darauf hinweisen, dass das Hotel auch zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar ist, wenn man an der DLR Station Blackwall aussteigt.
