Personal (Rezeption) freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liegt recht günstig um zu Fuss in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden und der Frühstücksraum ist eher funktional eingerichtet.
Die Zimmer sehen verbraucht aus, das Bett hatte auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Tiefgarage ist eher für Kleinwagen ausgelegt und ist ausgebucht bei später Anreise. Zum nächsten Parkhaus (Anwhohnerparken um das Hotel herum) muß man einen kleinen Fußmarsch machen
